The Red Dragon Restaurant opened in Gumbet in 1995 when Bodrum was experiencing a tourist boom. The restaurant achieved great success with its Chinese menu as well as Italian, Mexican, Indian, Danish and Turkish dishes included in response to demand from the wide range of tourists who came with expectations that their particular culinary preferences be catered to when on holiday.
The Red Dragon, among the most popular and frequented in our restaurant chain, has the benefit of the services of Master Chef Seydi Ayis whose Shanghai training, combined with 13 years of experience, gives him the skills that result in culinary masterpieces.
Our restaurant opens each year at the end of April and remains open until the end of the season at the end of October.
